Pub Quiz at The Crown in Penn, near Beaconsfield
Details
This is our first time sampling the pub quiz at The Crown Inn, in Penn village, which is NOT linked to William Penn and the Penn family who founded Pennsylvania if that question comes up. It's free to enter, the questions are set by a local quiz host, and there's also an optional raffle to win. The Crown has a stunning interior.
The quiz starts at 7:30pm and ends around 9:00pm, so you'll want to get settled between 7:15pm and 7:30pm, and arrive by 7:15pm if you can.
It doesn't matter if you aren't good at quizzes; nobody is. It's just a social event, and everyone knows more than they think anyway.
There's a photo of the outside of the pub in the gallery below.
