9:30 am meet and greet plus throwing
10:00 am drills
10:30 am WMP scrimmage/merge with mixed pick up

What to bring:
Water, A dark shirt and a white shirt, cleats if you have them
Please note that mixed pick up will be occurring at the same time and location. You are more than welcome to join them during or after our scrimmage time
