We study and practice the "Arte d'Armizare" (Art of Armed Combat) of 14th-15th century European medieval master of arms Fiore dei Liberi, every Sunday afternoon in Lakewood Park, Sunnyvale. Included in this martial system is medieval unarmed grappling, dagger, longsword, and spear. Beginners welcome. No previous experience nor equipment necessary - we can lend you practice weapons and basic safety equipment. You will find us a friendly and welcoming group and safety is our priority. Look for us near the tennis courts under the redwood trees!
