School of Magick is a bit of a misnomer (we didn't choose it) we're more about sharing experiences. We have been practicing magic for a long time and we want to share our experiences with others and have them share their experiences with us. We've found that we have learned important things from complete beginners. So, to this end, we have lots of magical activities and workshops where we can all have fun while we're learning from each other. Come along sometime and have a cuppa with us ...

The School of Magick is a place where magical-minded people can come learn and practise the esoteric arts.
The Esoteric Bookshop and the Coven of the Eternal Goddess have teamed up to create this mixed-gender magical group. This group will give both women and men the chance to come along and explore ritual and ceremony, spellcraft, invocation, magical herblore, the Wheel of the Year, meditation, and the psychic arts in a friendly and comfortable environment.

SUMMER SOLSTICE CIRCLE of the SUN RITUAL & CELEBRATION

In honour of the Sun at its Zenith dress in its colours of reds, oranges & golden yellows, & come and celebrate the Sun in its majesty & full power.
MIDDAY – CIRCLE of the SUN EMPOWERMENT RITUAL
At the Sun’s middy zenith, we make our way into the Living Circle of the garden to conjure some Solstice magic. A CENTRAL FIRE OF THE SUN will be kindled to capture & radiate the magical & metaphysical powers of the Sun in a ritual to charge & empower our minds, bodies & spirits.
AFTERNOON – The SOLSTICE ROUND TABLE of SUN, FIRE & MAGIC
After the ritual, gather around the courtyard round table as we feast & share songs & poetry capturing the fire & magic of the Summer Solstice. All contributions of poetry, song, food, fun and magic welcome and encouraged.

Playing with angels & nature spirits ....

Let’s have fun exploring the worlds of angels & nature spirits. You might find you garden suddenly blooming or your pockets full of gold!
These workshops are open to anyone that wishes to come along; and at which we will be exploring, in a hands-on fashion (in other words, you get to do some of the conjuration – if you wish – or you can just watch) the invocation and evocation of angels, planetary spirits, elementals, daemons, etc.
You don’t need to wear magical robes or bring magical tools or weapons but are welcome to do so if you wish.
Warning for those with sensitive noses. We will be burning incense.
Cost: $20
When: Tuesday 23rd December - arrive between 6.30 & 7pm if you can. We go to at least 9pm.

You know? We know how it is …
You've read the books and looked up stuff online … and you’re bursting with ideas and questions and you want to talk about it with someone … but … your family won’t understand, your friends won’t take you seriously … and don’t even think about your workmates …
That’s why, many years ago, we started Magic Saturdays to provide a safe, comfortable and very pagan space where you can immerse yourself in Witchcraft, Paganism, Magic, Spells, Rituals … everything … nothing is off-limits and there are no stupid questions.
Each Saturday, apart from the obvious conversations, we try to do some magic just so you can get a feel for it. The people that come along range from complete beginners to those that have been living the pagan life for some time. It doesn’t matter. Everyone has something to contribute or some just want to soak up the atmosphere. Either way, whether you come for half an hour or the whole day you’ll feel refreshed, empowered and validated … and you may have even met some of our nature spirits.
Our shop is also open (it doesn’t cost anything if you just want to come and look at the shop), so remember to top up on your magical supplies while you’re here. We now also have a selection of potted herbs for sale including such magical herbs as Mugwort, Rue and Squill.
Tarot readings are also available.
