Hello,

my name is Krzysztof Minkowski. I am a theatre director, certified MBSR (Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction) teacher and trained stress management coach.

I cordially invite you to meditate with me every Sunday. In each session, we will learn a different meditation technique – from body awareness to breath focus to open awareness exercises. Afterwards, there will be time for discussion: I look forward to hearing about your experiences and will be happy to answer your questions about meditation, mindfulness and inner balance.

Whether you already have experience or are simply curious, you are very welcome. I look forward to getting to know you and meditating with you :)
