Join Schusser club members for a fun fall weekend!! As winter approaches this is a great opportunity to meet some members and other guests, check out our ski club and learn about other clubs in the area.

The Schussers Ski & Sports Club is a fun group of ski, hike, and adventure enthusiasts who launch their pursuits from the club lodge in Bartlett, NH. Close to Wildcat, Attitash, Jackson XC, Great Glen XC, Bretton Woods, and more, the club is active year round.

For our fall weekend arrive Friday evening, 4 PM or later. Get settled in and socialize with current members and guests. Dinner is on your own Friday night so you can drop your bags and go out to eat or stop on the way up. Saturday AM breakfast at the club then hike MT Willard. Joe McCarthy will lead our hike from about 9:00am to 1pm ish.

MT Willard is a 3.2 mile hike and described as moderate. The trailhead is on the way to Bretton Woods from our club and about a 20 minute drive. Great views from the top and the time estimate is 3-4 hours round trip.

Lunch is on your own post hike and free time in the afternoon. You can go back to the club or do your own thing, shopping, lunch out, etc.

Happy hour Saturday afternoon in our great room around 5 dinner at 7 pm in the dining room. After dinner you can hang around by the fire or go out to the Red Parka , about a mile down the road.

Cost for the weekend is $90PP. this includes $60 guest fees ($30 per night ) and $30 for food includes Saturday breakfast, Saturday happy hour snacks, Saturday dinner.

We will have about 8-10 members hosting and 15 -20 guests maximum. Our house sleeps 60 people so you can expect to have a roommate but we will not be at maximum capacity. Rooms include 2 or 3 bunk beds, we are using lower bunks only this weekend. Please bring bedding, sleeping bag or sheet/comforter , and a pillow. Bath towel/hand towel too.

Please bring any hiking snacks you want to have and BYO for alcohol. We always have some to share but it helps if you bring your favorite. There is Grants supermarket right next to the Red Parka which has beer and wine and anything else you might need. There is a NH state liquor store about 1/2 mile from the club too behind Patches market and gas station. Plenty of options very close by.

I will have an RSVP list and I will be assigning rooms so if you RSVP I will be in touch with you directly. I have found it helpful to talk with everyone planning to attend to answer questions, make sure you know where you are going and ETA, and how to reach me as needed.
