January Meet - Pottsville Sewer Authority New Policy

Unfortunately, our guest speaker for January had a scheduling conflict and can't make it. However, it has come to our attention that the Pottsville Sewer Authority has enacted a policy requiring very expensive deposits for all investment properties.
