Dr. Ryan Jackwood, Director of Watershed Science and Restoration

Ryan joined the Harpeth Conservancy in March of 2019. He provides strategic direction for our science-based programs and implements restoration priorities based on water quality assessment. Ryan is originally from Ohio where he earned a B.S. degree from Ohio State University and an M.S. and Ph.D. from the University of Toledo researching issues related to water quality and harmful algal blooms on Lake Erie. He enjoys running and backpacking in his free time.
