At this Science Distilled event, explore the groundbreaking work of dedicated fishers, aqua farmers, and scientists who are attempting what was once thought impossible: harvesting aquatic species to feed our growing planet while also saving our oceans.

Science Distilled: Reporting from the Jungle
The Discovery, 490 S Center St, Reno, NV, USScience has a communication problem. The Hitchcock Project for Visualizing Science at the University of Nevada, Reno prepares students to communicate science effectively and combat misinformation by building their science storytelling skills. Join us at this Science Distilled to see what this year’s cohort of students has created following their trip to Costa Rica to report on impressive scientific research happening in the country.
