You’ll be invited to reflect on your journey, acknowledge the challenges you’ve faced, and write a letter to the version of you who was still figuring things out — the one who kept going, even when it was hard.

What we’ll explore:

  • Reconnecting with who you were
  • Recognizing the strength it took to get where you are today
  • Offering support, advice, or even forgiveness
  • Remembering that the version of you back then made this version possible
