You may already know what you want — or at least sense the direction. But when it is time to move, something gets in the way.
You overthink.

This online practice is for that space.
Together, we will slow down, reconnect with what matters, and gently explore what comes up between where you are now and where you want to be.
What to expect:
- a short grounding practice to settle in
- a guided visualization of your goal
- space to notice and integrate the feelings that arise on the way
- an optional reflection circle at the end
This is not a productivity workshop, and it is not about positive thinking. It is a mindfulness-based space to help you stay in contact with yourself while moving toward what matters.
You do not need meditation experience.
You do not need to be calm.
You do not need to be good at visualization.
You can come exactly as you are.
