Family Spring Fest

Please join us for this free event, which offers a range of age-appropriate activities and workshops designed for children, teens, and adults. This collaborative program with PA city council will feature yoga sessions, eye screenings, health evaluations, nutritional counseling, and fun activities for younger participants. All attendees will be guided in effective techniques to promote relaxation, improve concentration, and enrich their overall meditation experience.
