Hi dear art lovers! I'm Margarita, a visual artist from Ukraine, currently living in Porto. I'm excited to invite you to a sketching session with some professional guidance (means with me 😁) to celebrate International Artists Day 2025! No prior experience needed. If you also like to notice beauty in simple things around you, create your own beauty and meet like-minded people, that's definitely your space!✨

About me
Since childhood I’ve been studying classic drawing and painting in an art school.Then I studied realistic painting in an art college. After college I studied academic drawing, painting and sculpture in an art academy in Ukraine. And finally I completed my studies with an exchange program in a Polish modern art academy. 14-years of learning in general, and then self-developing till now 🙃

About the place
Depending on the weather, we'll have our gathering open-air in the city centre and do some urban sketching or we'll hang out in a cool cafe with an interesting creative interior to make sketches of it and some portraits of each other. The cafe I have in mind is also close to the city centre. I'll announce the exact location here in the comments section closer to the meeting date.

•If you have your own materials, you can work with them. But if you don't or you want to try something new, I'll be happy to provide all the materials for you.
•Please, contact me beforehand if you would like me to provide the materials.
•This is a donation-based event, the suggested donation is 30€, but you're welcome to contribute any amount you're comfortable with at the end of the event.
