Are Organisational Inclusive Practices & Reasonable Adjustments Fit for Purpose?

Details

Inclusive practices help employees feel comfortable and confident to be themselves, working in a way that suits them while delivering business needs. While reasonable adjustments are changes employers make to remove or reduce a disadvantage related to someone's disability. Many businesses may already have these practices in place, but are they fit for purpose?

In this panel event, we will discuss this with industry experts, looking at the law, the culture and best practices.
