Kelvingrove Art Gallery & City Centre breakfast

This is a wee walk, a look at some nice art followed by a cheap breakfast/coffee in Glasgow city centre and finally a wander back towards park circus and Hillhead/west end.

Meet outside Hillhead Subway station on Byres road at 9.45am & firstly have a quick look inside the subway at the Scottish artist Alasdair Gray's great tile mural (my own favourite artist is Aleister Crowley).

Planning to then walk through the university grounds to Kelvingrove art gallery for a quick view of the famous Dali Christ on Cross painting and if folk fancy the Scottish Colourists work. With culture duly ticked off, then walk the 2km to City centre Hengstlers Circus Witherspoons pub for food. We'll have enough time and it wont end up - in a wild-eyed sprint to the pub before the breakfast closing time of approx 11.50am.
