Hi everyone,

We have to pay Meetup fees of 215 $ (USD) every 6 months, to use the website (https://help.meetup.com/hc/en-us/articles/360001620472).

To fund this, we are asking members to consider making a voluntary donation of £3 per member before New Year. Please note that PayPal adds charges in on top of this usually amounting to about 70p per donation.

If you would like to donate please RSVP for this event and we can automatically collect the money via a PayPal transaction.

We're posting this as an event on both the climbing and the walking group, although if you are a member of both and wish to donate, you only need to do it once.

Note that if you don't have a PayPal account and still wish to donate £3, PayPal should still allow you to pay by credit or debit card. We don't have a group bank account; we only have a PayPal account.
