With its waterfalls, red squirrels hide and fine viewpoint, planning to walk the Lime Craig forest trail then have a coffee/lunch at the adjacent (Go Ape) Lodge Cafe. After lunch and a good break, hopefully the highlight of the day, a walk up to Craigmore hill summit with great views of Loch Ard and return same way. Just in case the cafes busy, bring some food/drinks. There's some nice view points and seating outside the cafe.

Meet in front of the Scottish Wool Centre in the large, free Riverside car park (there's parking in front of & behind the Wool centre) https://maps.app.goo.gl/yTVJThSqCJqbAtwH8 to walk at 9.30am.

We walk up from the Wool centre a mile approx to pass the Lodge cafe about 9.55am/10am. If anyone wishes to shorten their walk a bit you could - park at the Go Ape car park (£3 Charge) and meet us at the Lodge Cafe.

Planning to go for another coffee lol this time in the Wool Centre after walk.

Dog Friendly and the Lodge cafe welcomes dogs. Dogs on lead to visit the wee detour to the red squirrel hide 🤫😛. For any queries on the day 07901 987769.
