Moderate: Cruach an t-Sidhein, Glen Douglas
Details
A moderate, quite straightforward walk to the top of Cruach an t-Sidhein, the most remote of the Luss grahams. Its quite a surreal start past MOD fencing into attractive Cona Ghlean and nice views of the other Luss hills and to the arrochar alps.
Meet in the Inn on Loch Lomond car park; https://maps.app.goo.gl/aj82nhwaxKVV4zAJ6
We can then convoy/car share 4km down Glen Douglas to the walk start, just before Tullich farm. Planning a coffee after walk in the Inn.
Dog friendly.
TERRAIN
Quite steep for 100m ascent then easier into Cona ghlean. Pathless heathery terrain for 1km onto a broad grassy ridge to summit and same way back.
