Spending a few days in Fort William and planning to do some Corbett/Graham routes.This Corbett walk is in Glen Dessarry and not too far along from the Loch Arkaig car park, the hardest part will be driving to the start point along the twisty windy single track road beside Loch Arkaig.
TERRAIN
From the car park we take a good track to the base of the hill,the walk from that point is a combination of grassy and rocky terrain.Near the summit it narrows to a ridge walk,steep descent from there before we return past the lodge taking us back to the car park.

The Scottish Hillwalkers and Activities Group recognises that hill walking,scrambling and mountaineering are activities with a danger of personal injury or death.Participants in these activities should be aware of and accept these risks and be responsible for their own actions and involvement.
SUITABILITY
If you have a habit of putting your name down for walks and don't turn up or cancelling at the last minute don't sign up for the walk.You must have the fitness and stamina to complete the walk without difficulty. We will walk as a group at a moderate pace.
You are responsible for deciding if this event is suitable for you, coming adequately prepared and looking after yourself on the walk. If there's any questions about suitability, please contact the organiser.
CLOTHING & EQUIPMENT
You must ensure that you come adequately prepared for this walk with hillwalking boots, waterproofs, warm clothes, gloves and hat and food and water.

We will meet at the car park at the end of Loch Arkaig.If you need a lift please use the comments box below to ask for one.If receiving a lift, agree beforehand with your driver how you're splitting costs, share contact details and keep car tidy.
