SUMMARY
Bike and hike biggest mountain in Britain-Ben Avon Massiffs 2 Munros + 7 Tops. Via Gleann an t-Slugain,
52k 2200m ascent 12.5 hours.
We will bike from Keiloch car park to ruin Ruin, then walk to Creag an Dail Mhor and other tops and back to Ben Avon main summit and bridging over to Beinn a’ Bhuird and all the tops and drop down to the bike and cycle back to the car.
