What we’re about
Here we discuss all things Power Platform including integrations and use cases for each module such as Power Apps, Power Pages, Power BI, Power Automate, Copilot Studios and D365 in order to drive an innovative technical community that fosters creativity.
At SPPUG, our mission is to create a welcoming and inclusive space for all individuals interested in the Power Platform. We aim to foster an environment where developers and users at every level can come together to learn, grow, and develop their skills.
With a focus on growth and development, we provide a platform for expert speakers to share their knowledge and insights. We strive to encourage open discussions about the best-kept secrets of the Power Platform, challenges faced by the community, and proactive problem-solving to address issues before they arise.
Our group is committed to ensuring a safe and supportive atmosphere where everyone feels valued and respected. We embrace diversity and believe that different perspectives lead to richer learning experiences. We actively promote inclusivity, actively seeking out and welcoming new speakers from various backgrounds and skill levels.
By fostering a collaborative community, we aim to empower individuals to harness the full potential of the Power Platform. Together, we can explore innovative solutions, share experiences, and inspire one another to achieve greater success.
Join SPPUG and be a part of a vibrant community where growth, learning, and development thrive!
Scottish Power Platform User Group is proud to present our next in person event.
This event features two sessions from Microsoft MVPs.
Charlie Phipps-Bennett presents: "Copilot Studio: Building the future with Autonomous Agents"
In a world rapidly shared by AI, autonomous agents are emerging as a transformative force across industries.
But what exactly are they, how do you build one, and why do they matter now more than ever?
In this session, we'll demystify the concept of autonomous agents. You'll learn the foundational concepts required to create one, explore the tools and frameworks that power them, and understand their real-world impact through a live scenario demonstration.
Whether you are a developer, product leader, or tech enthusiast, this session will equip you with the insights to start building your own autonomous agents and stay ahead in the AI-driven future.
Samir Daoudi presents: "Mastering Power Apps Component Library and reusable components"
Power Apps Component Libraries revolutionize the way apps are built, enabling makers to create scalable, maintainable and reusable components that streamline development.
In this session we'll explore howe to leverage the Power Apps Component Library to design efficient, user-friendly applications that meet business needs, while reducing development time.
Learn how to create reusable components such as headers, footers, buttons, and forms, and understand how to manage updates across several apps using shared libraries.
We'll also cover best practices for designing accessible, consistent, and visually appealing components that align with organizational branding guidelines.
