
What we’re about
This group is for anyone who has experienced trauma at some point in their life. Could be physical or emotional abuse or neglect, some kind of loss, or something else. We will get together in a safe environment to support each other. You can come along and share, or just come along and listen. No rules or fixed agenda. Everyone welcome. We can discuss coping strategies, and possibly social events. This group will flow in the direction of what works best for everyone on their journey of recovery. All suggestions most welcome. This group has been set as a private group so only members of the group can access the information and messages posted on it.
