Hike Balanced Rock from Granite Mountain Trailhead

Hike to the Spectacular Balanced Rock

This moderate hike to Balanced Rock and back is one of the most popular from this trailhead and is a gradual uphill on rolling terrain, with the bonus of blooming flowers and early cacti. Plan on 2 hours for 4.5 miles with 300 ft. of elevation gain.

There are restrooms available at the trailhead but no water. Bring water and snacks for the trail. No dogs please. Arrive 15 minutes before start of hike.
