Let's Row Together at RowHouse

RowHouse Paradise Valley has invited us to join their Signature class Tuesday 1/10 at 5:00pm! If you've been wanting to check out this new studio and their awesome high-intensity, low-impact workout ... this is the perfect opportunity! Let's row together! :)

Never rowed before?!? No worries at all, be sure to arrive 15-20 minutes prior to class & the coach will be ready to get us set up on our rowers, and will even run us through a short introduction and before class begins!

With the lights down low and the music up, we'll row in-sync, and the world outside will cease to exist. It'll just be just you, the crew, our goals and accomplishments!

Class is complementary, but we do need to register with the studio.
