Dr. Don Worcester has his Doctoral Degree in Counseling Psychology and is the owner of True North Consulting in Phoenix, AZ.. Don is passionate about helping people navigate their lives personally, professionally, and spiritually. A gifted communicator, Don offers speaking, training, coaching, and consulting services. He has spent the last 25 years working in Educational, Counseling and Organizational settings. He has taught in Public High Schools and at the University level. he completed a Master's in Counseling degree in 1984 and has provided counseling services in community-based centers, in adolescent group homes, and in private practice. Don frequently speaks at Regional and National Conferences on topics that include: personal and relational health, spiritual formation, marriage and family relationships, leadership, parenting seminars, and marriage retreats. Don is married to his wife Renee and has four adult children.
