This isn't your typical lunch. Du Jour operates as a live kitchen classroom where graduating culinary students craft, cook, and serve gourmet multi-course meals. 🍽️
Because it is a training lab, the menu changes daily based on what the students are mastering that week—meaning we are all in for a delicious surprise! 😋🔥
What to expect:
🥗 The Food: A rotating, multi-course menu (typically including an appetizer, entrée, and dessert).
