Benvenuto!
Sons and Daughters of Italy is for people who like to meet other people, make friends, enjoy get togethers and socialize! We will have lunches, dinners and happy hours, parties, game nights, indoor and outdoor activities with possible trips. We welcome ideas and suggestions from all members.
Founded in 1975, we are a member of a national organization of men and women who represent the estimated 26 million Americans of Italian heritage, dedicated to promoting our culture, our traditions, our language, the legacy of our ancestors, and our contributions to the U.S. and the world. We are a growing group with diverse backgrounds and enjoy great food, building lifelong relationships and giving back to the community. We exemplify the very best of what it is to be Italian American.
Like most Meetup groups, we have a 24 hour cancellation expectation. Meaning, if you RSVP for an event, we ask that you cancel more than 24 hours before the event begins. Committing to an event and not showing up is very disrespectful to the host, who bases events on the number of RSVPs. Thank you.
