If you love yoga or want to try yoga, but don't want to get up and down from the floor or kneel on your knees, this is the class for you. Classes will be lead by an experienced yoga teacher who is Certified in three areas: a yoga therapy, yoga for healthy aging and integrative yoga for seniors.The class includes standing poses as well as those sitting in a chair. The studio is warm and inviting, the students are friendly, and the teacher makes the class fun.
