A Shareholder at Gazda Penetar, Daniel has years of experience working with multiple landlord clients; whether it's hands-off involvement of evictions and sales & purchases, or full hands-on involvement consisting of entity structuring, financial planning, and loan restructuring.

Daniel is also a Vice President at title insurance agency, Steamtown Closings. He's closed residential and commercial real estate at one of the only title agencies conducting fully remote, online closings. A real estate investor himself, Daniel owns single-family and mutli-family properties and will be discussing his experiences with upset sales, judicial tax sales, and sheriff sales.
