Justin DePhillips has been in the Modular Construction Industry his entire life, his father was the founder and CEO of one of the east coast's most well-known modular production facilities for nearly 25 years. Justin's knowledge of, and passion for, the industry was born during his tenure as an employee of that company. He worked on the production line as a laborer, in the office as a Builder Account Representative, VP of Business Development and VP of Operations. Justin understands the Modular Production process as well as anyone in the industry. In his career, to date, Justin has delivered over 1,500,000 square feet of Commercial/Multi-Family projects and over 1,000,000 square feet of single-family construction as well. 
On top of that, he has also spent time working for a Construction Recruiting and Staffing firm where his job was to recruit, onboard, and place skilled tradespeople on job sites to help Contractors right-size their staffs and complete their jobs on time and under budget. In 2018, Justin was recognized by his peers in that organization as the Top-Producing Project Coordinator in the Mid-Atlantic Area. 
After his tenure with Tradesmen International, Justin decided it was time to leverage his skills and experience in the industry to launch his own company, Generational Modular Group in 2021. GMG has experienced remarkable growth since its’ inception.
