I am offering a scrapbooking class for beginners at a local coffee shop in Galena. NOTE THE NEW LOCATION. The later hours at this shop let us start later. We will meet downstairs. All of the information is listed below. Let me know if you are interested or have any questions!

Scrapbooking Beginner Class

When: Friday, May 15th @ 6pm
Where: Coffee Crossing in Galena, downstairs, 6671 US-150, Floyds Knobs, IN 47119

What: A scrapbooking class for beginners (or anyone interested). We will create a 12x12 2-page layout plus an extra make-and-take border. Let me know if you would rather make cards. No experience necessary.

What to bring: $6 to cover the cost of supplies. You can also bring printed photos to scrapbook, or you can add them later. Everything else will be provided (trimmers, punches, paper, tape runners, etc.).

May 3-Day Crop: May 28th - 30th

This crop will be held at the Quilt Away Get Away Retreat in Borden, IN. It is not an overnight crop. You can sign up for 1, 2, or all 3 days. The cost is $20 per day or $50 for all 3 days. We can arrive after 9am each day. On Thursday and Friday you can stay as late as you want and we need to be finished by 5pm on Saturday. If you are coming more than one day, you can leave all of your supplies set up and locked up overnight.

This will be a no-frills crop. You will receive a 10% discount on any pre-orders and on anything purchased or ordered at the crop. You'll also receive a project to work on, but I'm not sure what that will be yet. Let me know if you have any requests. I'll be creating a Sign-Up Genius for people to volunteer to bring a meal or snacks. I am planning to have lunch covered each day and then we'll be on our own for dinner for those of us who are staying late. There is a Subway and a couple of other restaurants nearby or I could go pick up pizza.
