We are an old fashioned ice cream parlour with one of the nation’s largest Collections of rural American memorabilia, including a world class automobile license plate collection. Over the decades, many of our family of patrons have returned from vacation trips with a gift for owner Monroe Udell which has helped build the collection and forged a relationship that has made Jaxson’s a favorite among Floridians and visitors.

For those that want a quick bite to eat we will meet at BurgerFi on Gateway in Boynton Beach to eat.
