**Scream Boston is a quick, totally free, zero-judgment community gathering where we will meet at Wollaston Beach and yell into the ocean like the wild, stressed-out Bostonians we are.**

Had a long week? Hear too many opinions about your life choices at Thanksgiving? Rent going up? Red Line still delayed? Traffic making you question your life?Ran into your ex at the bar?
Cool.
Come scream about it with us.

Join a like-minded community and scream it out — because when we do it together, it’s not crazy.
It’s catharsis. Yell. Scream. Shout it all out. You don’t need therapy (well… maybe you do, but that’s not this). You need a few moments of primal release, in a group, where it’s socially acceptable and encouraged.

We’ll face the water, count down, and collectively scream the raw emotion away.
It’s weird. It’s wonderful. It’s shockingly therapeutic.
