#### 🌊 What this is:
Scream Club Porto is a gathering for anyone who wants to release stress, heartbreak, anger, or just that “everything’s too much” feeling — in the most natural way possible: screaming it into the Atlantic.
We meet by the ocean, take a few deep breaths together, and then — let it all out. No judgment, no therapy circle, no analysis — just sound, sea, and silence after.

- It’s a reminder that you’re not alone in feeling overwhelmed.

Sunday November 2, meet at 5:00 pm, scream at 5:15 pm.
Bring warm clothes, a towel if you want to sit, and your voice.
Each meetup lasts about 20–30 minutes — come, scream, and go.

- It’s not a therapy session.
- It’s not for disturbing others — we do this respectfully and safely, usually when the beach is quiet.
- It’s not about rage; it’s about release and renewal.
#### ☀️ Optional:
Some people stay after for a quiet walk, tea, or ocean dip. No pressure — do what feels right.
