Write & Sip Session

Good morning, Sista! Let's write together!

Scribe Sistas is a free, in-person writing circle for Black women writers of all genres and levels. We will meet in cozy spaces in and around Oak Park, IL, because your words deserve a soft place to land.

This is not a critique group! No harsh feedback. No tearing each other's work apart. Just sisterhood and focused writing time.

Location: Panera Bread

What to expect:

• 2:00 PM - Welcome & brief check-in (tell us what you're working on...no pressure to share your actual words!)
• 2:15 PM - Writing sprint (60 minutes to write anything, any genre)
• 3:15 PM - Optional sharing & encouragement (celebrate wins, no critique)

Bring:
Your laptop, notebook, or whatever you write with. No need to share your work unless you want to.
