Do you enjoy hiking? 🥾 Love yoga? 🧘 Want to combine the two?
Join us this Sunday for Hike-n-Yoga—open to everyone!
Whether you’re here for the hike, the yoga, or both, this is a beautiful way to move, breathe, and reconnect.
What to Expect:
- 7:00 AM – 4.5-mile Intermediate Hike: We’ll hike to the summit of Black Mountain and back. See the full hike description here.
- 10:00 AM – Morning Yoga Flow: A gentle practice to reconnect with your body, flow through mindful movement, and close with a grounding meditation.
You’re welcome to join just the hike, just the yoga, or both!
What to Bring:
- For the hike: Hiking shoes, at least 1 liter of water, sun hat, sunscreen
- For yoga: Yoga mat, blanket
