Short Screenplay Workshop (Free in-person screenwriting workshop)

Join Conor Kyle for a deep dive into the art of writing memorable short films. We’ll practice shaping simple ideas into focused, emotionally resonant narratives that fit comfortably within 5–10 pages. You’ll learn how to streamline character arcs, build tension quickly, and craft visual moments that stay with the audience after the story ends. Through a mix of brainstorming sessions, practical writing exercises, and collaborative critiques, you’ll develop your concept step by step. By the end of the session, you’ll have a rough draft of your short screenplay.
