This weekly online meetup welcomes veteran screenwriters and rookies alike to read some of the best pro spec scripts out there and discuss them. Together we read through mind blowing and inspiring screenplays from the annual Black List, Nicholl Fellowship, Hit List, Blood List, Cannes List and Sundance Lab as well as unproduced gems from Hollywood studio archives, occasionally followed by a live Q&A with the writer.

When a deadbeat son hires his friends to rob his own mother and father in order to pay an outstanding debt to a local drug dealer, things don’t go as planned, and family bonds are stretched to their furthest extremes.
