About us

CLT Scroll Keepers is a new community based in Charlotte, NC, bringing together people who share a love of great storytelling, rich worlds, memorable characters, and deep lore.

Our interests span every medium: books, movies, TV, comics, anime, games, and stories of our own. Whether you love exploring a fictional world’s history, debating a character’s choices, or building your own universe, this is a place to share that passion and discover something new.

We meet at local spots around Charlotte to grab coffee or food, talk shop, and connect over our favorite stories. Come trade recommendations, share theories, discuss your own creations, or hear what everyone else is into.

Whether you know every detail of your favorite franchise or are just starting to explore new worlds, pull up a chair and join the crew. Curiosity and enthusiasm are all you need.

CLT Scroll Keepers brings people together to share their passions, explore each other’s interests, and connect over great storytelling, deep narratives, world-building, character development, and lore.

Books, fiction or nonfiction, shows, movies, anime, history, comics… whatever draws you in, we’re here for it. Sharing our favorite stories, theories, recommendations, or something you’d love to learn more about. Come one, come all! You don’t need to read or watch anything before.

Personally, I’m a big fan of A Song of Ice and Fire, Marvel, and the stories and lore of our own world. I’d love to hear what you’re into!

We’re meeting at a relaxed, welcoming spot with a parking garage right next door. Bring your parking ticket inside for validation. You can also get here by light rail.

This is only our third meetup, so come meet the crew and help us build something worth coming back to!
