An interview with Mark Richards

Mark Richards was an early adopter of agile, using XP waaaay in the early days of this century.
He dove in like the naive dev he was, found value, pushed it's limits, found more value and kept scaling it out, until one day he was coaching a release train at Telstra's Data Warehouse. Since then, he has spent a decade in and around SAFe.
