We will explore how Agile Coaches can work with the consulting firms to make more of an impact. In a landscape of organisational change, it doesn't have to be a fight between coaches and consultants - by working synergistically together it can be a win-win for everyone involved - coaches, consultants and clients.
In this session Renee Troughton, will lead an open discussion on:
· A brief guide to a common question: What do consultants actually do?
· Some personal lessons learnt across recent major transformations
· What consultants can bring to the table, and what coaches can do that consultants can’t
· What consultants and coaches might each need to do differently to benefit from the synergy
Renee Troughton is one of the most experienced Enterprise Agile Transformation Coaches in the southern hemisphere with extensive experience working in small to large organisations across many sectors. The author of both ‘Agile Forest‘ and co-author of ‘Who is Agile Australia and New Zealand‘, she also contributes heavily to her blog at Agile Forest and co-chairs one of the world’s leading Agile Podcasts. Renee specialises in enterprise transformations, Kanban, scaled and non-software development implementations of Agile. In November last year, Renee made the move from independent consultant to join BCG.
