VIRTUAL PRESENTATION: What NOT to do in the 3 Scrum Roles!

We hope that you and your family are staying safe in these difficult times. With that said, we are excited to invite our club members to a virtual meetup featuring a keynote presentation from a friend of the club and scrum coach, Bonsy Yelsangi!

ABOUT BONSY:
Bonsy is a Certified Scrum Trainer (CST) and an Agile Coach with over 17 years of experience. She has helped organizations and individuals attain agility in various industries including media, remotely managed services, luxury real estate, aviation, automotive, and private wealth management. Throughout her career, she has trained and coached a wide range of development teams, business departments, project managers, and senior executives in developing an Agile mindset.

THE PRESENTATION: What NOT to do in Your Scrum Role
Bonsy will be presenting on what individuals should NOT be doing in their scrum roles. The 3 scrum roles are Product Owner, Scrum Master and Dev Team. All 3 play a very critical role in the success of Agile/Scrum implementation in an organization. The entire effort of transforming teams with Agile ways of working is bound to fail if the person playing that particular role does not clearly understand what they are supposed to and NOT supposed to do. When training participants in her classes, Bonsy has found that it has been easy for people to understand and identify their responsibilities AFTER they have spent time clarifying what NOT to do. In her first Agile Alberta keynote presentation, Bonsy will be presenting on the DON’Ts in all 3 Scrum Roles!
