Come join us for the year's final Scrum Beers. Grab your drink of choice, get into the Christmas spirit and talk collaboration.

This time we want to be critical. Sure, collaboration is an important part of success, but do it wrong and it causes demotivation in your workplace, delays in deliveries and an overhiring of people to do work that fewer could have done.

Too many sync meetings, developers getting burned out on mob sessions or moaning "I just want to code". When is enough enough and how can we ensure we keep the balance between process, interaction and action?

When
Wednesday the 11th of December.
We'll start proper at 18:00. If you want food, we encourage you to join us at 17:30. We'll then keep going and finish off formally at 20:00, but we won't stop any discussions then, so stay as long as you please.
