Consultants in Gothenburg, in general, and agile leaders, in particular, have had a rough year.
The Consultancy Directive has made rotation a two-year process, AI challenges conventional roles, and some of the most prominent actors within the region have loudly proclaimed that "Agile has failed us!"
So, let's get back to agile basics: inspect and adapt. Together, we look back and imagine forward and discuss what we think consultants, and agile practitioners in particular, can do moving forward. What will our roles be? What skills will become more important? Which luggage can we leave at home in 2025, and what books should become part of our library?
Whether you're a consultant looking for work, a leader looking to strengthen your organization, or just a curious Scrum Master trying to find your spot in the future, we hope we'll be able to polish the role of agile consultancy in software engineering!

We'll start properly at 18:00. If you want food, we encourage you to join us at 17:30. We'll then keep going and finish off formally at 20:00, but we won't stop any discussions then, so stay as long as you please.
