IT Networking @ Scout Ferndale

We are partnering with the awesome IT in the D Meetup group to bring monthly networking events to Scrum Detroit. These events happen monthly on the third Thursday (easy to remember) at 5PM. This will be a great way to build connections for our members beyond Scrum and keep the group active in between our speaker sessions, which will start back up after the holidays. The IT in the D Meetup group has over 3,000 members and strong participation in their monthly networking events. Here are some more details directly from IT in the D:

IT in The D was started by IT professionals for IT professionals. We didn’t like any other group out there, so we started our own! At our events, you might meet tech recruiters, developers, salespeople, network admins, web designers, or senior-level management.

Come on out, bring some business cards (or don’t—it’s OK) and meet some like-minded people in the Metro Detroit area. You could meet a life-long friend, a new business partner, or no one at all… it’s what you make of them that makes these events great.
