Measuring (coaching) outcome and impact

How do you measure the impact and outcome of the work we do as Agile Coaches, Scrum Masters, RTE, team coaches ?

That is a topic that Peter and Per will guide us into. this is not easy. Is it improvement in the teams impact and outcome or could it be measured in another way?
