You may have already worked hard to develop an Agile Mindset, yet still find people around you falling back into old habits and reverting to a traditional approach when challenges arise. How frustrating!

While teaching teams about the Growth Mindset, you might have used techniques such as adding “…yet” to phrases (e.g., “I can’t do this”) or reminding them that “success begins with believing you can.” You might even share visuals or hang posters at the office.

However, understanding the importance of a growth mindset is not the same as being able to sustain it. The reality is, that it is easy to slip into fixed-mindset habits that sabotage your progress and prevent you from developing skills or attributes you value.

In this talk, you will learn how to recognise and overcome fixed-mindset habits and shift toward a growth mindset using proven Agile Mindset Kata. This will help you reach your goals and foster lasting, positive change in your organisations.

Her career journey began in business analysis before transitioning into Scrum, Agile delivery, and leadership coaching, where she discovered a deep passion for servant leadership and organizational transformation. Over the years, she has worked globally, guiding teams and leaders to design scalable, sustainable, and people-centric ways of working that unlock true business value.

Nisha is the co-host of The Delivery Space Podcast, where she and industry leaders explore the realities of leadership, culture and transformation - cutting through the noise to reveal what truly drives success.
