With a career spanning nearly 60 years, Jim has developed a deep understanding and subject matter expertise in Agile Development, Agile Project Management, Adaptive Leadership and Technology Consulting.

Jim is currently an Executive Consultant at ThoughtWorks, where he partners with clients as a trusted advisor on the successful delivery and implementation of technology strategies, agile development, agile project management and digital transformation. A key aspect of this role is engaging with clients and staff to enhance efforts toward Enterprise Agility.
Jim has co-authored a number of publications, including:
