The pandemic moved to work remote. For some it worked, for others, not so much. What has the community learned from this period? What are acceptance criteria for successful remote work?
Now that many offices are returning to work, most are offering a hybrid schedule. Hybrid work brings its own set of unique challenges. Being completely remote or completely co-located are better options, but for many this isn't a choice they can make and are stuck with the reality of trying to make Hybrid work. What ideas do you have? How can we make Hybrid work less painful?
