State Government + Enterprise Agility?? Let’s Talk About It.

The Minnesota Department of Human Services (DHS) has released a new strategy for Medicaid Enterprise Systems (MES) modernization, grounded in the principles of enterprise agility - and it’s not your typical government project. It’s leaner, faster, more adaptive, and grounded in enterprise agility. As part of this effort, the agency is actively gathering feedback on the proposed approach and gauging vendor interest and readiness to deliver within this new model.

In this session, Kevin Sutherland, who is leading the development and execution of the strategy in partnership with DHS, will provide an overview of the approach and invite input from the group.
